Hong Kong King Buffet in Trevose

The food menu has been the same for so many years. All of the food tastes like the same oil used. The avocados in the sushi were covered in black spots.We couldn't even finish our meals and we left. Not worth almost $40 for 2 people

Wonderful assortment of seafood! Everything from crab legs to steamed and raw clams to fried fish and shrimp. Lots of variety of everything else too, including sushi and a Mongolian grill. Everything tasted good, and the staff was attentive. I would definitely go back when in the area.

This place gets alot of hate, much of it being undeserved in my opinion. You have to remember that this is NOT a fine dining experience. Sure, the place looks nice, but you're at a buffet! The staff may seem indifferent at times, but they'll make sure to clear plates and refill refreshments. The amount of food offered here is unbelievable for the low price. Not everything will be fresh and cooked to perfection, but again, you have so many other options to try! Awesome place to try if you're craving some Chinese.

I take my family to this restaurant quite a bit! This is the best place to grab a bite. I visit this spot at least once a month. The cooking is excellent, the team is polite and the charge is fair. I like meeting in this spot over a decent meal.

Foods not bad and I love that you can have what you want cooked right there

This site is my number one restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I prefere it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to this restaurant. everytime I I need a good meal, this is the place that comes right away to my mind. fresh and many types of food and a rich cuisine.courteous crew, and nice ambience. Also, the tariff is modest. I tell about this spot with no doubt.

This place is excellent BBQ spare ribs but as far as all the Chinese restaurant buffets they are very chin Z as far as crab legs they put them out every 5 to 10 minutes to stir away people from getting any

Go when busy for a constant change of food. Nothing is spectacular but it is all good. Sometimes sweet and sour is overly bready and sometime not. Chicken on a stick is sometimes really good and other times fatty. Typical buffet.

Had a fantastic experience in here with my friend. The food arrived rapidly and the customer service is just fantastic. Prices are convenient.

Excellent experience on Christmas Day

Quality of food has gone down hill. Everything is either oily or deep fried. The hot and sour soup tasted like it had sugar in it. The sushi did not taste fresh. I won't be coming back.

Went with a few of my friends here, the food overall was really good. The reason for only 4 stars would be the spoons we used to eat with were not clean. It was clearly seen as dirty, we asked for new ones and then everything else went well. I would recommend this place but don't forget to bring your own spoons.. Lol

Great selection of food only complaints are like most places that serve crab legs they run out way too fast and they take way too long to be refilled. Some servers have a tendency to drop your check almost immediately after you return from getting your food. It can make you feel rushed.

Very well kept and welcoming spot. They offer big meals and for affordable prices. I enjoyed the food a lot and the staff were super affable and explanatory. Will definitely recommend this spot.

I go to these buffets just for unlimited sushi; let me tell you I have been to many buffets in my life and this one beats em all.The food is good, the price is affordable, and the place is nice and spacious.I visit this place at least twice a month and have never had any bad experiences.

I come here when it's not too busy just to buy three or four decent items. The other food is trash. I never tip the staff because they are rude, hostile, impatient, and arrogant. And I don't have to worry that they will spit in the food for not tipping because it is a buffet.Many of the patrons are low-class foreigners and illegal immigrants. No wonder the employees are so hostile towards the customers!

Better than expected... clean place. Good service and great food. Definitely will be coming back. Prices are good as well.

Not the most spectacular place but it's clean, the food's ok and the weekday lunch buffet price is very affordable.

Don't know why this place has worse reviews compared to similar places. Considering this is a buffet place and not some fancy restaurant, the selection is great and the place looks pretty nice. I'm blown away by the fact that they serve dragon fruit, that stuff is like $6 for ONE fruit in stores! Get your money's worth there :) The dumplings could fool me for homemade, sushi is actually not too bad for buffet. Go at busy meal times to make sure you're getting the fresh stuff.

I think someone should come and inspect the food quality on weeknights to see if they are within food regulations. We stopped in on a Tuesday evening around 6 pm and the food was only lukewarm, many of the food bins were empty and the food was dried out. Someone had dropped food on the floor and it was still there when we left. No one had picked it up or come to freshen up the buffet. You would think for what they charge people that the food would be good and constantly replenished no matter what time one decided to stop and eat, not slow down the closer it might get to closing time. Usually we stop on a Saturday evening, and the food is better, but never hot enough. Then I always spend the next day in the bathroom, so something is not up to code there.

Overpriced for what they offer. Mostly everything they had was either dry, almost empty trays, not appetizing looking, or has been sitting out way too long and wouldn’t touch it with a 10’ pole.

Here’s the deal. This is like most Chinese buffet places. Decent seating arrangements, minimal beverage selection, and the food has a strong chance of being over cooked. What killed me was how aggressive the greeter was. Got in by 3:30, and before we got in the door, she shoved the notion that it was, “Dinner Menu” down our throats. The rice was a bit dry, and one of the rounds of crab was over cooked too.

Used to go the years ago. Was great then. Stopped there on a week night. Food was not hot. Overall not a good experience. Place was depressing. Won't go back.

Went there for Sunday night dinner... Some of the food I'm the buffet selection looked stale, and the sauce the food sat in looked like some film had coated it from sitting untouched so long. So since I didnt want to touch the stale food, I decided to try the hibachi... The beef tasted dry like "steak-umms". The pork, chicken, and imitation crab came out good tho.
